NotesObserves with concern that an expansion of the Agency’s staff establishment is contrary to the decision taken at an earlier stage to reduce the EU’s staff establishment by 5%; calls, therefore, with regard to the staff increase for the European GNSS Agency that, for the offsetting through reductions in Commission staff will noto start immediately in 2013 but will only be fully accomplished in the course of the next MFF period, as the Agency intends to expand its staff establishment from 1 January 2014;
