Urges the Commission to ensure the legal right for all EU Member States, the European Union and the United States to legislate in the public interests (consumer safety, public health, social rights, environment) and therefore Member States' and the EU's right to legislate in the public interests should be stated in the preamble and every chapter of the TTIP.
