Invites the Commission, in collaboration with the Member States and on the basis of the health statistics of the Member States and of the latest medical research, to analyse trends in the incidence of gambling addiction and to create a Europe-wide database of risks, so as to enable it to assess the extent and seriousness for society of addiction to online gambling;
