Considers that a 5+5 year MFF period might be preferableny solution meaning a short-term MFF is unacceptable, as it impedes long-term planning and the predictability of policies such as Cohesion Policy; believes that the only alternative to the current duration is a 5+5 year MFF period, with a mid-term review;
