Recognises and fully supports the good offices of the EU Special Representative for Sudan and South Sudan and other EU partners; calls on all EU institutions and Member States to develop and/or maintain a constructive dialogue with the Republic of the Sudanboth countries and also to contribute to developing a positive outlook for the future of the people of Sudan and South Sudan;
