Calls for this Agencye European Commission to be made responsible for drawing up European minimum standards for the training of inspection bodies and for coordinating cooperation between the inspection bodies; also considers that this Agencye European Commission should contribute to improving the collection of statistical information so as to enable more meaningful analysis of the effectiveness of enforcement and promote a harmonised approach by the Member States to enforcement issues;
