21. Points to the increase in online saCalls on the Commission to play an active roles in the construction sector; highlights the need to ensure the effective market surveillanceol and suspension of national regulations which are in open opposition to the CPR; calls on the Commission to strengthen the dialogue with those Member States which hinder the movement of goods by adopting their own national regulations ofn construction products sold online, especially those purchased from non-EU economic operators, with the effect of creating technical barriers to trade in the Single Market; emphasises the importance of giving adequate powers to the Commission to tackle these situations effectively and in a short time;
