Acknowledges the good practices of synergies and cooperation among the agencies on living and working conditions and vocational training, which maximise the purpose of mutual complementarity between the agencies; welcomes as well the exchange of good practices between the Commission and the agencies and encourages them to continue such exchanges;

Welcomes in this regard the guidelines issued by the Commission in consultation with the agencies on performance indicators aiming to assess the results achieved by agencies' Executive Directors, as well as the guidelines developed by the Commission for the adoption of the implementing rules of the agencies related to the employment of career staff and expects that they will provide further simplification related to saving of time and resources;

Draws attention in principle to the importance of the social aspects of the Agencies' Headquarter Agreement with their hosting country such as predictability of staff's social and living conditions (schooling fees, status questions, etc.); urges, therefore, those hosting Member States which have not yet signed such an agreement to do it as soon as possible;
