Notes the role that the Programme for the Competitiveness of enterprises and SMEs (COSME) is playing in supporting SMEs and facilitating their access to finance; in this regard underlines how important instruments like the Loan Guarantee Facility can be for the development of the cultural and creative sector and for the necessary fair remuneration of the creators guaranteeing the sector's well-being;
