Reminds the Member States of the need to provide the child with necessary and justified foster care in accordance with the wording of Article 8 and Article 20 of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, in particular to enable continuous childcare that takes into account child's ethnic, religious, linguistic and cultural identity;
