Reiterates its call on the Commission and the Member States to co- finance and promote the establishment of a platforms providing assistance to non- national EU citizens in family proceeding, for example legal, linguistic, psychological, and educational assistance, to non- national EU citizens in family proceedings, such as the Polish Family Support Centre in the United Kingdom or the German Central Contact Point for Cross-border Family Conflicts;
