Takes noteRegrets that the audit showed that a payment of 284 000 euros for the provision of “corrective maintenance in working order of the Schengen Information System” was not in compliance with the contractual provisions; notes that this was due to unavoidable operational reasonsfurther regrets that the audit also showed that the assessment of the applications against the eligibility criteria concerning recruitment procedures was not always rigorous enough;
