Calls the Commission and the Member States to take into account the carbon footprint of the whole life cycle and the environmental impacts of Large Transport Infrastructure Projects, such as the Lyon-Turin high-speed railway, and consequently not financing those projects whether there are not sustainable from an environmental and climatic point of view;
