Regrets the insufficient use of the European Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Fund, stresses that out of an EMFF envelope of EUR 5.69 billion available in shared management for 2014-2020 only EUR 4.1 billion have been committed to the end of 2021, notes that the lack of use of the EMFF by its potential beneficiaries is probably due to the difficulty of submitting fund applications and the processing of these, asks the European Commission to analyse the reasons;
