Expects specific and measurable baselines and targets to be added to the joint staff working document on the objectives and indicators to frame the implementation of the GAP III (SWD(2020)0284), as well as road maps and timelines for all objectives, and sanctions in case of non-fulfilment; notes that indicators based on the percentage of trainings on GEWE and GAP III, WPS, Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) and Sexual Harassment (SH) are not sufficient to determine the achievement of targets in this area; calls for the number of complaints on sexual abuse and harassment to be taken into account in the evaluation of compliance and reiterates the need to strengthen complaint mechanisms and to further protect victims and whistle-blowers.
