Reiterates the need to improve socio-economic and labour conditions and gender balance and to promote mobility opportunities for different specialists employed in the cultural heritage sector; stresses that, for mobility programmes to be successful, it is necessary that the certifications, issued by Member States, regarding the skills acquired by the professionals working on the cultural heritage sector, should be valid across the European Union; calls the Commission to coordinate with Member States to facilitate the recognition of such certificates at European level; is highly concerned about the systemic exclusions that people with disabilities face as regards both the access to the cultural heritage and the respective labour market and calls the Commission to increase its efforts in fighting this problem;
