(13) The Portal should also include data on the use of wsystematized information, provided by the Member Staters, energy and raw materials by the concerned installations to allow monitoring of progress towards a circular, highly resource-efficient economyon the available scientific data on typically consistent causality links between certain pollutants and certain health conditions.

2 a. Member States shall also provide to the Commission and the European Environment Agency systematized information on the available scientific data on typically consistent causality links between certain pollutants and certain health conditions. The Agency shall incorporate the data into the Portal after initial scrutiny of the scientific reliability of the sources.
