Instigates the Commission, the Member States nad the Scientific community to develop a scientific based model for multi-specific fisheries that allow the management and optimisation level of exploitation that can be used for the stocks explored in this way. This model should make possible apply similar management objectives to the use of MSY in CFP, making possible to follow the evolution of the implemented management rules
