(a) material constituting child pornography as defined in Article 2, point (c), of Directive 2011/93/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, this concept being extended to include any obscene image which shows or exhibits any intimate part of a child regardless of their gender and which promotes or incites a disruptive emotional disturbance, thereby violating one’s dignity as a human being;
