Calls on the Commission and Member States to promote healthcare practices that benefit patients; notes that in this context abortion causes injury, infertility, depression and mortality every year; urges Member States and international courts to prosecute medical professionals who fail tose clinically demonstrate the benefit of the treatment they are providing practices are not beneficial to patients' health and violate the fundamental right to life;
