Recalls that there are no sustainability criteria for fossil fuels and that proposing different sustainability criteria for each renewable energy source risk not only making renewable energy less competitive vis-a-vi fossil fuel but also creates unnecessary administrative burden as the same source of renewable raw-material can be used to create different energy products;
