Reiterates its call for provisions allowing for the full functioning of the digital ecosystem, and promoting cross- border data flows in free trade agreements; notes in this regard that adequacy decisions do not advance the free flow of non-personal data; calls therefore for the Commission to negotiate binding and enforceable commitments on data transfers in FTAs including non- personal data;
