Considers that, while the Commission’s Action Plan covers the main issues related to mobility, much more action still needs to be taken, notably regarding creating stronger links between education systems and the labour market, as also on aspects such as preparation for mobility via the teaching of foreign languages, not least as part of vocational training and in learning systems of every kind;
