Believes that, in order to make significant long-term savings, an independent evaluation of the EP budget should be considered; is convinced that an independent analysis of how resources are used and how the work is organised is sometimes necessary; is of the opinion that in 2013, specific domains and projects could be selected and evaluated in this manner.
