Maintains that all of the EIB’s financial flows should be fully consistent with net-zero emissions by 2050 at the latest and with the EU’s increased climate objective for 2030; iInsists that the climate transition must be inclusive and fair and that green investments must be viable; recalls that the EIB is expected to leverage its lending, financial instruments, technical assistance and advisory services in order to support citizens and businesses facing socio- economic challenges arising from the transition towards a carbon-neutral economy;
