CEmphasises that the current context of growing global demand for critical raw materials and increasing geopolitical instability means there is a need to step up efforts to ensure security of supply of critical raw materials for the EU economy; notes, furthermore, that in the light of the need to reduce dependence on Russian fossil fuels and speed up progress towards neutrality, it is necessary to ensure a stable supply of critical raw materials; calls for the EU to promote multi- stakeholder partnerships at regional and international level;
