Paragraph 5 a (new)
5a. Stresses the need to ensure effective implementation and enforcement of legislation on price transparency in line with the provisions of consumer rights directive. Any additional charges, which consumers were not duly informed about in advance, has to be banned. All the costs has to be clearly visible and stated already in the beginning of online booking process. Final price of travel has to be an accurate reflection of the advertised price.
