Calls on the Commission and the Council to make sure that the EU ban on animal testing for cosmetics is not weakened by any on-going trade negotiations, nor by World Trade Organisation rules; calls on the Commission to exclude animal tested cosmetics from the scope of any free trade agreements, already implemented or currently under negotiation;
