Underlines the need for comprehensive private charging infrastructure allowing charging of electric vehicles at home and in the workplace, as well as on the basis of an obligation to provide such charging infrastructure at service stations located on long-distance routes, taking into account the need for both public and private investments to achieve sufficient coverage;
