Notes that it is important that the rules on the European labour market are transparent and equivalent for all but also that different political traditions make it impossible to have a single labour market model; considers that, where certain Member States are particularly affected, a detailed impact assessment of the judgment should be carried out at national level in consultation with the social partners;

Stresses that there is no need to revise the provisions of the Directive on the posting of workers in the framework of the provision of services after the judgment, since the European Court of Justice made its ruling on the basis of primary legislation, while the Directive on the posting of workers, as secondary legislation, has no effect on primary legislation;
