Stresses the importance of the new digital environment for the development of the cultural and creative industries in creating more visibility for creators and enabling them to be in a permanent contact with the audience and consumers; therefore the establishment of any legal framework defining the digitalisation of cultural and creative industries should be operated after a broad consultation of all the actors involved in the value chain;
