Reiterates that new tasks such as the EU PNR system or the smart borders package are already planned; takes the view that the amount foreseen for the Internal Security Fund does not reflect its objectives; asks for a budget that allows to adequately deliver onnot yet decided; stresses that money shall only be proposed and allocated for initiatives that fully meet the objectives of the funds, fully respect and comply with the Treaties and the acquis, and have already passed those policy prioritiesarliamentary procedure;
