Emphasises that the Supervisor has organised different after-work events, successfully set up the well-being activities like running club and yoga class which are organised free of charge for and by the staff members; calls on the Supervisor to check for ways to reward the individual staff contributing most to the institution’s well-being activities, continue with such activities and try to include as many staff as possible; calls on the Supervisor to share its experience with regard to improving the staff’s well-being with other Union institutions;
