Regrets the fact that the organisation rate remains low in several Member States, with POs that are small in terms of both the number of producer members and the total value of market production, and that most producers, in particular in some southern Member States and some Member States that joined the EU in 2004 and later, arprefer to be excluded from the direct benefits of the EU regime for the fruit and vegetable sectorproducer organisations;
