NotStresses the significancenecessity of making the supply chain and the terms and conditions of cross-border online trade simpler and more transparent by establishing rules on misleading or incomplete information about consumer rights, total costs and traders’ contact details and by promoting best and fair practices, recommendations and guidelines for electronic shops; recognises the efforts made in this area by the European Union to clarify the terms, conditions and prices of air fares as a positive example to be followed;
