Notes the need for a targeted interparliamentary dialogue with the assemblies of the Andean Community and of the Central American Integration System; calls for the establishment of parliamentary delegations to the respective assemblies of these two organisations, in order better to address the particular concerns of both regions and contribute to the overall EU strategy for EuroLat cooperation;
