Emphasize that women from ethnic minority groups are more vulnerable -due to religious or other social pressure- to male violence against women, including sexual exploitation and trafficking in women; calls on the Member States to enforce anti-trafficking legislation with a participation of the EU anti-trafficking coordinator and to ensure that the protection of the victim and the respect of women’s human rights are at the core of such policies; stresses that such legislation should also address the fight against the prostitution system in Europe through measures of protection and support of women victims, prosecution of procurers, sanctions of prostitute-users and awareness raising of the whole society;

Points out to the crucial role of national equality bodies in providing support and assistance to victims of discrimination and, in informing them about their rights and obligations; calls on the Member States to ensure the efficiency and guarantee the independence of national equality bodies as well as to provide them with sufficient financial and human resources for each ground of discrimination as well as multiple discrimination; calls on the National Equality Bodies to develop tools and trainings on multiple discrimination, including on the specific situation of ethnic minority women;
