  - OBJECTIVE: adoption of a Protocol between the Community and Andorra with a view to adapting the existing Agreement with the latter country to take account of the accession of Austria, Finland, and Sweden to the Community. - SUBSTANCE: the specific purpose of the Protocol in question was to ensure that the Austrian customs duties and licensing arrangements in respect of spirituous beverages and certain types of alcohol, in force at the time of the country's accession, could continue to apply to Andorra until 1 January 1996. The arrangements had to be enforced in a non-discriminatory fashion. Furthermore, some additions were made to the list of Community originating products.�
