PURPOSE: to codify legislation on the transmission of data subject to statistical confidentiality to the Statistical Office of the European Communities.

LEGISLATIVE ACT: Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 1101/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the transmission of data subject to statistical confidentiality to the Statistical Office of the European Communities (Codified version).

CONTENT: the Council adopted a codified version of the Regulation on the transmission of data subject to statistical confidentiality to the Statistical Office of the European Communities.

The new Regulation will supersede the various acts incorporated in Council Regulation 1588/90/Euratom, EEC of 11 June 1990 and will fully preserve the content of the acts.

ENTRY INTO FORCE: 04/12/2008.

Details

PURPOSE : to codify legislation on the transmission of data subject to statistical confidentiality to the Statistical Office of the European Communities.

CONTENT : the purpose of this proposal is to undertake a codification of Council Regulation 1588/90/Euratom, EEC of 11 June 1990 on the transmission of data subject to statistical confidentiality to the Statistical Office of the European Communities.
