Encourages the Commission to pay particular attention to the services sector in Annual Growth Surveys and State of Single Market Integration Reports, and to include services in the country-specific recommendations; considers that the Commission and the Council, via these detailed country-specific recommendations, should continue to encourage Member States to adopt and implement long-term growth policies;
