2a. The Code of Conduct is committed to ensure the highest standards of conduct, professionalism and accountability of all its personnel. It sets out as its guiding principles that officials shall conduct their work with disinterest, integrity, openness, diligence, honesty, accountability and respect. The Code of Conduct shall be based on two key principles: 1. Highest standards of efficiency, competence and integrity 2. Accountability of those in command who fail to enforce the Standards of Conduct
