Takes note ofFinds unacceptable the European Court of Justice's (Section IV) request to amend its Statute in a way which will have a direct impact on the budget; considers that the necessary financing shall be ensured in order to guarantee the smooth running of the institution and consequently a proper judicial protection of EU citizensalso points out that evidently more efficiency is needed at the Court; asks for a report on the efficiency of the Court to be presented to the Budget committee in 2012;
