8a. Regrets that the Commission has accepted partnership agreements that do not include marginalised communities; asks the Commission to ensure inclusion of marginalised communities in the implementation of projects; suggests recommendations in the European Semester as a suitable tool to promote action to be taken by the Member States; calls on the Commission to ensure a close follow-up of the social country-specific- recommendations, including those on marginalised communities;
