Highlights that EASA certifies aircrafts based on the demonstration that their design comply with all relevant airworthiness requirements and all features are safe; recalls that Boeing 737 MAX were grounded worldwide in March 2019 following two consecutive fatal accidents; notes that EASA since recently considers the aircraft safe to fly again in European sky; requests further information on the overall certification procedure and insists that an audit should be carried out to assess why EASA deemed the 737 MAX compliant with all the requirements in 2017;
