Calls, in the new operational programmes, for a more uniform approach to the choice of target groups and use of labour market data, in order to set ambitious but realistic targets; notes, given the future importance of the growing cohort of older workers, that preparations for the operational programmes should also include a dialogue on the prioritisation of target groups.
