Notes that, on 31 December 2018, the establishment plan was 97,21 % filled, with 210 Officials and Temporary Agents (TAs) appointed out of 212 Officials and TAs authorised under the Union budget (212 authorised posts in 2017); notes that in addition 30 Contract Agents and 17 Seconded National Experts have been working for the Agency in 2018; notes that, on 31 December 2018, the establishment plan was 97,21 % filled, with 209 Officials and Temporary Agents (TAs) appointed out of 215 Officials and TAs authorised under the Union budget (212 authorised posts in 2017); notes that in addition 30 Contract Agents and 17 Seconded National Experts have been working for the Agency in 2018; encourages the Agency to perform a research on the topic of sharing staff among other Union agencies, with a special emphasis on possibilities of further connection of administrative staff with other Lisbon-based Agencies, namely the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction;
