Is pleased withRejects the European economic governance framework, which, by coordinating policies more closely in order to prevent major imbalances, fosters smart, sustainable and inclusive growth in line with the targets set by the Europe 2020 strategy because it violates the democratic and sovereign rights of peoples and Member States; proposes that the Stability and Growth Pact and the Fiscal Compact be revoked and replaced by a pact for sustainable development and social progress;
