Stresses that good governance, the rule of law and human rights are the foundations for a stable and prosperous Afghanistan; stresses therefore that a credible justice process is a fundamental aspect of the peace process and that respect for human rights and the prevention of widespread impunity should be non-negotiable aspects at all stages of the peace process; calls in this respect on the Afghan government to implement a judicial reform strategy as a matter of priority;
