Strongly condemns Russia’s illegal occupation and militarization of the Georgian regions of Abkhazia and Tskhinvali region/South Ossetia, that pose a serious threat to the EaP region and the entire Europe; urges the EU to keep demanding Russia to engage constructively in the Geneva International Discussions and to fulfil its obligations under the EU-mediated 12 August 2008 Ceasefire Agreement, notably to withdraw all its military forces from Georgia’s occupied territories and allow the EU Monitoring Mission unhindered access to the whole territory of Georgia;
