Calls on the Member States to provide services for workers who move with a spouse or partner and/or children, such as childcare facilities, pre-schools, schools and medical services, along with free access to public employment services in order to help spouses or partners moving to another Member State to find a job, and to encourage families to come to host states together in order to avoid separations and their adverse effects, especially on minors;
